In November 2016 the State of Texas sanctioned Jesse Shelmire following allegations he failed to timely disclose two tax liens. He was issued a 120-day suspension.

In October 2016 FINRA sanctioned Jesse Shelmire following allegations he “willfully failed to timely amend his Form U4 to disclose the existence of tax liens against him.” He was issued a 3-month suspension and a fine of $5,000.
