According to his BrokerCheck report, he has received one regulatory sanction, was permitted to resign from his former employer, and was recently named in a regulatory investigation.
In March 2018 he was named in a complaint by the Securities and Exchange Commission regarding “unrecorded payments to other registered representatives” which were made without authorization. The investigation remains pending.
In February 2018 he was “permitted to resign” form his position at Cantor Fitzgerald & Company in connection to allegations regarding unrecorded payments made to other representatives at the firm without authorization.
In 2015 FINRA sanctioned him in connection to allegations he conducted insufficient due diligence in connection to an investment and failed to identify red flags indicating that certain sales of microcap securities might in fact be illegal and unregistered distributions. He was issued a 2-month suspension and a fine of $25,000.
