In September 2016 a customer alleged Josette Greechan, while employed at Merrill Lynch, participated in “unauthorized trading, unsuitable investment recommendations, excessive trading, piggybacking, misrepresentation and accepting a loan from the client for the time period November 2008 through September 2016.” The customer is seeking $900,000 in damages in the pending complaint.
