Kinnard & Company in Minneapolis, Minnesota (1989); F&G Securities (1988); and AMEV Investors (1985-1988). He is currently not registered with any state or firm.
According to his BrokerCheck report, Kevin Wanner is the subject of one regulatory investigation and was discharged from his position at Questar Capital.
In December 2015 the North Dakota Securities Department issued a cease-and-desist order against Kevin Wanner following allegations he offered and sold a “time certificate of deposit” that purported to represent an investment in an FDIC-insured interest-bearing account. Allegedly, Mr. Wanner misrepresented to customers that the funds would be deposited with FDIC member institutions, but instead deposit their funds to accounts he controlled, “for his own purpose.” The action remains pending.
In December 2015 Kevin Wanner was discharged from his position at Questar Capital following allegations he misrepresented an investment and deposited customer funds into accounts he controlled “for his own purpose.”
