In 2017 a customer alleged Leslie Rosenblatt, while employed at WFG Investments, misrepresented material facts related to an investment within offering documents, failed to conduct reasonable due diligence, and failed to execute reasonable care in connection to an investment in convertible preferred stock. The customer is seeking $75,000 in damages in the pending complaint.
