He is currently not registered with any state or firm.

According to his BrokerCheck report, Lionel Brooks has received one FINRA sanction and was terminated from a his former employer.

In January 2017 FINRA sanctioned Lionel Brooks following allegations he failed to respond to FINRA request for information. He was suspended from acting as a broker.

In 2015 Lionel Brooks was terminated from his position at Merrill Lynch following allegations of “Conduct involving the registered representative improperly seeking to obtain compensation to which he was not entitled in connection with customer deposits.”
