He is currently not registered with any state or firm.
According to his BrokerCheck report, he has been sanctioned by FINRA and discharged from two former employees in connection to alleged rule violations.
In 2015 he was terminated from his position at FSC Securities Corporation after a suspension and fine by FINRA.
In 2015 FINRA sanctioned him following allegations he submitted change of broker forms to the custodian of certain clients’ mutual fund accounts and to his member firm to which he had electronically affixed copies of their signatures without their knowledge or authorization, and that his falsification of these forms caused the firm’s books and records to be inaccurate. He was issued a six-month suspension and a fine of $7,500.
In 2014 he was terminated from his position at Securities America following allegations he improperly used customer signatures.
