Michael Ralston Investor Alleges He Gave Unsuitable Recommendations

He is a registered broker and investment adviser with four US states—Massachusetts, Michigan, Texas, and Utah—and two self-regulatory organizations (SROs): FINRA and the New York Stock Exchange.

According to his BrokerCheck report, he has received one pending customer complaint.

In May 2018 a customer alleged Michael Ralston, while employed at Fidelity Brokerage Services, unsuitably recommended he restructure his accounts, including purchasing an annuity. The customer is seeking $495,631 in damages in the pending complaint.
