He is currently not registered with any state or firm.
According to his BrokerCheck report, he has received one FINRA sanction and one pending customer complaint.
In May 2018 a customer alleged Suhail Khan, while employed at LPL Financial, recommended unsuitable and speculative investments in his “own business,” a hedge fund, oil and gas partnerships, and a real estate investment trust (REIT), some of which the customer alleges were unregistered securities. The customer is seeking $775,000 in damages in the pending complaint.
In August 2017 FINRA sanctioned him following allegations he failed to respond to FINRA request for information. He was barred from association with any FINRA member in any capacity.
