Public records provided by the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) and accessed on April 12, 2018 indicate that New York-based Primex broker Wilfredo Felix has received resolved or pending customer disputes and was recently named in a FINRA investigation into alleged rule violations. Wilfredo Felix has spent 21 years in the securities industry and has been registered with Primex in New York, New York and Miami, Florida since 2001. Previous registrations include Fletcher and Faraday in Hempstead, New York (1999-2001); the Minneapolis Company in Melville, New York (1998); La Jolla Capital in San Diego, California (1997-1998); First Colonial Securities Group in Boca Raton, Florida (1997); and Investors Associates in Hackensack, New Jersey (1995-1997).
