He is currently not registered with any state or firm.
According to his BrokerCheck report, Timothy England has received one FINRA sanction and was discharged from his former employer.
In February 2017 FINRA sanctioned Timothy England following allegations he “refused to respond to FINRA’s request for documents and information during the course of its investigation into allegations that he converted funds from a community organization, while acting as its treasurer.” He was permanently barred from acting as a broker or otherwise associating with firms that sell securities to the public.
In September 2016 Timothy England was terminated from his position at FBL Marketing Services following after he “admitted that he had improperly taken cash from a local sports organization in which he was a volunteer treasurer (a disclosed outside business activity).”
