In 2009 a customer alleged Warren Rowe, while employed at Ferris Baker Watts (now known as RBC Capital Markets), recommended unsuitable mutual fund investments. The complaint settled in 2010 for $125,000.

In 2005 a customer alleged Warren Rowe, while employed at Prudential Securities, recommended an unsuitable outside money manager, resulting in losses. The complaint settled for $50,000.

In 1985 a customer alleged Warren Rowe, while employed at Scott & Stringfellow, “mishandled [the] account creating interest expense.” The complaint resulted in an award to the customer of $49.87.
